1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 10 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Processing delays:
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.
Domestic Shipping (Within [Country])
Standard shipping: Estimated delivery time is 14 days
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time 7 days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, weather conditions, or courier issues. Custom orders may also require extra time to ship.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Your order may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your country.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for:

Packages that are lost due to incorrect shipping information.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier but not received.
If your package is lost or damaged:
- If the item is damaged during transport, please notify us at heavenlyprintsco@yahoo.com so we can assist you.
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim if the package is lost.
7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
If you need to update or change your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at heavenlyprintsco@yahoo.com
After an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes.
